When manually signing a contract, it contains the location, the date, and the hand-written signature. e. where it is signed is not evident. How can one be sure where the partner is located? We designed a new service that provides an approved location stamp bound to a digital signature in order to map the process of manual contract signing to modern communication systems. Additionally, we present a procedure that assures the correct mapping of the communications system’s view on a mobile terminal to a user requesting a location stamp.

In this paper we study the problem of supporting quality-of service (QoS) parameters during a handover event, from the view of the wired network.
The COS search is rather complex task, hence it lasts long. The complete rerouting yields optimal path but needs long lasting call setup. The weakness of these scenarios is the interruption they cause to the data flow. A real-time connection can not tolerate such great delays. Our new scheme provides quick connection rerouting ensures loop-free paths and balances the load in the network. The basic idea of the new algorithm is the following: − Some free capacity is reserved on every link of the network.
